Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping Australia Wide via Australia post. However, if your order is urgent, please opt for Express Post at Check Out so we can send it via Australia Express Post which costs $15.00

Process and Dispatch Time

All orders placed before 12pm AEST are processed and dispatched within one business day, this includes orders with our EXPRESS SHIPPING. 

Weekends and Public Holidays

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, Orders placed on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day. 

Customer Notification

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you with shipping and tracking details.

Warehouse Location

All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Please note during busy sales or promotional periods, there may be slight delays with your order processing and dispatch.

Standard Shipping: For standard shipping. within Australia, please allow 2-8 business days for delivery.
