Can I change or cancel my order?

We cannot guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, once your order has been placed. But we will try and help you! If you have made an error in your delivery address, please email us at as soon as possible with the correction.

I received faulty item?

We're very sorry if an item you received is damaged. Please email us we will request images for us to review and offer a replacement, refund or return within 90 days of the purchase date.

I’ve received an incorrect item, help.

We apologise If you receive an incorrect item that is not listed on your order invoice, please contact us at We will arrange to send the correct item to you and cover the cost of the return shipping of the incorrect item.

I didn’t receive confirmation email for my order?

Which size should I order and how are your garments measured?

All of our garments have a detailed size charts available for you on each product page under Size & Fit tab. This is an amazing way to determine which size will be perfect for you before purchasing.

(All styles are measured flat-laid of the garment itself. The main measurement of the garment is the bust, measured underarm to underarm)

determination for your size.



What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Read more about our Shipping Policy

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders placed before 12pm AEST are processed and dispatched within one business day, this includes orders with our EXPRESS SHIPPING.

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, Orders placed on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Please note during busy sales or promotional periods, there may be slight delays with your order processing and dispatch.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All online orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refund for full priced items. All Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. A $15 shipping and return handling fee will be deducted from any refund requested. Please note that any discounts applied to your original order are one off and non-transferable or non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange a different size or garment, you can request a return. A $15 shipping and return handling fee will be deducted from any return or refund requested. We suggest checking your measurements for sizing ahead of purchasing. Please note that any discounts applied to your original order are one off and non-transferable or non-refundable.

Return shipping fees: Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees in case of a change of mind or if you purchased the wrong size by mistake.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 5-7 business days of your return being received into our warehouse. Please consider using trackable shipping service, when sending your return back to us to track its location. You will receive an
email update once your return has been processed.

I purchased wrong size by mistake

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Full priced: Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Sale priced: Items that have been purchased from our Sale category are Final Sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
