Refund policy

We value our customers satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we are pleased to offer you a return or refund within 30 days of purchase date

We intend to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving it back at our warehouse. Please track your return and contact us if it has not been processed within 5-7 business days of delivery. Our customer care team will contact you via email once your return is completed.

All Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Garments to be Folded as they came and with all buttons done up. This ensures that your return is received in a resalable condition

We suggest checking your measurements for sizing ahead of purchasing.

 

Full Priced Items

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned within 30 days of purchase date.

Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. A $10 shipping and return handling fee will be deducted from any refund requested.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange a different size or garment. A $10 shipping and return handling fee will be deducted from any refund requested. Damaged Item

We're very sorry if an item you received is damaged. Please email us  we will request images for us to review and offer a replacement, refund or return within 30 days of the purchase date. 
Return Shipping fees: We will cover the cost of the return shipping of the damaged item.

Incorrect Item

We apologise If you receive an incorrect item that is not listed on your order invoice, please contact us. We will arrange to send the correct item to you.
