We intend to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving it back at our warehouse. Please track your return and contact us if it has not been processed within 5-7 business days of delivery. Our customer care team will contact you via email once your return is completed.

All Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Garments to be Folded as they came and with all buttons done up. This ensures that your return is received in a resellable condition

Full Priced Items

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or store credit when returned within 14 days of purchase date.

Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. A $10 shipping and return handling fee will be deducted from any refund requested.

Sale Items

Items that have been purchased from our Sale category are Final Sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

Refund

Exchange

If you would like to exchange a different size or garment, you can request a refund or store credit. which you can use towards re purchasing the new item. Damaged Item

We're very sorry if an item you received is damaged. Please email us  we will request images for us to review and offer a replacement, partial refund or return within 90 days of the purchase date.

Incorrect Item

We apologise If you receive an incorrect item that is not listed on your order invoice, please contact us. We will arrange to send the correct item to you and cover the cost of the return shipping of the incorrect item.

Store Credit

We will accept your full priced return for a store credit which will be held in the form of an e-gift card. We are pleased to announce! there is no expiry date on our store credit. Please note that any discounts applied to your original order are one off and non-transferable or non-refundable.
